Our Gifts & Promotional Products are delivered by fastway couriers, we have found their service to be reliable.  Your order can be sent to you as a complete package (including all Gifts/ Promotional Products) or we can offer a service where we will send the individual items to your requested recipients (for example hampers).  There are some remote areas which are out of our courier’s service area and courier charges can be higher than the standard delivery.  If you are sending to an area out of our courier service range, we will advise you of the cost before delivery. 

Delivery charges are additional to the gift/ product prices quoted to you. 

If you have an urgent order that needs to arrive the same day or next working day, please contact us on 0413 848 407 and we will be able to confirm a delivery date.  If your order does not arrive, please contact us so that we can liaise with our courier company to resolve the issues immediately.
